The Essentials

What You'll Do

You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable commercial skills.

• Identify and connect with IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations
• Learn how to assess skills, motivations and career goals
• Build your own professional network within the technology market

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Research companies and identify new business opportunities
• Generate and qualify leads
