Job summary

iTalenters is seeking a motivated IT recruiter for a paid internship in Spain. You will join a young yet experienced team and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and connecting with top IT talent across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, and leadership roles.

The role offers flexible hours, a 4-day home office option, and the potential for contract after the internship, with opportunities to collaborate with startups and scale-ups in a dynamic tech market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required or highly valued.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
• Team-player with good organizational and communication abilities.
• Passion for the IT world and recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions.
• Lead research, sourcing and candidate assessments for top talent.
• Utilize social media for proactive sourcing and posting jobs.
• Develop innovative strategies to find and attract top candidates.
• Handle pipelines and identify future opportunities for candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews for screening and evaluation of fit.
• Assess candidates based on interview and assignment performance.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology, Labor Relations or similar)

• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

What would make you a great candidate?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
