We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive Manager to support our sales efforts in Spain. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong sales skills, excellent market analysis capabilities, and a strategic mindset.

Location: Spain

Only applications from individuals with previous experience in a certification body or customer management will be considered.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Analyze the local market to identify trends, opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  2. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  3. Develop prospects and manage existing customers.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
  5. Follow up on leads from the website and marketing activities.
  6. Enhance DNV visibility, foster customer loyalty, and gather feedback for customer satisfaction.
  7. Contribute to sales forecasting, planning, and KPI setting.
  8. Maintain brand reputation and integrity during sales activities.
  9. Follow pricing policies and approval processes.
  10. Develop and maintain a network of channels (consultants, partners, associations) for lead generation.
  11. Retain existing customers and coordinate cross-sales with other departments.
  12. Participate in local events, tradeshows, and workshops organized by the marketing team.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in TIC or consulting sectors
  • Experience with certification bodies is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Independent, responsible, and creative in task execution
  • Proficient in MS Office and effective communicator at all levels
  • Willingness to travel domestically
