Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Barcelona is launching an international Dutch market project and is hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant. You will start in November 2026, join a fast-paced team, and receive full training in recruitment and sales while building a client portfolio and candidate network for IT roles.

Ideal candidates are Dutch-fluent with strong English, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Dutch language at full professional proficiency.
• Strong English level; French and/or German a plus.
• No recruitment experience required; motivation, drive and mindset matter most.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT recruitment with a tech focus (Cloud, Data, Development, CRM, SAP).
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and network; interviews to assess technical skills and culture fit.
• Provide tailored support to candidates throughout the hiring process; build a client portfolio through prospecting and negotiations.

Position: Junior Recruitment Consultant (Dutch Market)

Languages: Dutch (full professional proficiency mandatory) + English (French and/or German is a plus)

We’re launching an exciting international project focused on the Dutch market, and we’re looking for Dutch-speaking professionals who are motivated, curious, and ready to kick-start a career in recruitment and sales.

No prior experience in recruitment is required — your motivation, drive, and mindset are what matter most.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch (full professional proficiency – mandatory)
• Strong level of English (French and/or German is a plus)
• No recruitment experience required, but strong interest in sales, business, and people
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and motivation to succeed

Your Responsibilities

End-to-end IT Recruitment (Tech focus)

You will manage the full recruitment cycle for technology profiles such as Cloud, Data, Development, CRM, and SAP:

• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Providing tailored support to candidates throughout the entire hiring process

Strategic Business Development

You will build and grow your own client portfolio by:

• Actively prospecting via calls, emails, and networking
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads
• Negotiating commercial terms with clients
• Developing strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

You will develop a strong presence in the tech ecosystem by building meaningful relationships. Over time, you will become a trusted partner for both clients and candidates within your market.

Junior Recruitment Consultant €23,000 to €30,000 *includes base (€23,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
