Job summary

BYD Harmony Auto Spain in Madrid is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support the service department and ensure an excellent car-buying experience for customers.

You will assist the sales team with contracts and orders, track inventory, coordinate test drives, and ensure vehicles are showroom-ready. You will also liaise with service and finance, follow up with customers, and help analyze sales data to gauge progress toward targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; degree is a plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service, automotive preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Spanish required; English/Chinese a plus.
• Basic knowledge of automotive products and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dealership management systems.

Position Overview:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection.

- Coordination and Follow-up:

- Inventory Management:

Qualifications:
