Philipp Plein is seeking a Sales Assistant for our flagship store to act as a brand ambassador and deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience. You will build long-term relationships with local and international clients and contribute to store performance.

You will drive product storytelling, styling, and cross-selling while maintaining premium service. Fluency in English and a strong client-centric approach are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in premium/luxury retail.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong customer focus and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with targets and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized luxury experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets (sales, UPT, ATV, conversion).
• Acquire, retain, and follow up with clients through CRM (clienteling).
• Master the sales ceremony: product storytelling, styling, cross-selling.
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, tidiness, replenishment, and product care.
• Support stock deliveries, inventory control, and daily operations.
• Contribute to a positive, service-driven team environment.

• Flagship / high international traffic experience.
• CRM/clienteling experience.
• Additional languages (French, Italian, Arabic, Russian, etc.).
