You will represent the brand with energy, share our story and sustainability commitments, stay informed on updates, and ensure the store looks polished and welcoming. Join a young, proactive team that values collaboration and targets across online and offline channels.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail or fashion with a performance focus.
• Strong sales mindset and ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Experience using clienteling or CRM tools to engage customers.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Offer tailored service to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Use clienteling tools to capture preferences, follow up, and drive retention.
