I am looking for a German-speaking Sales Acquisition Specialist to attract new customers and drive business growth for a global home-sharing platform. The role involves engaging potential customers, identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in German.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .Sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.


• Ability to identify customer needs and convert leads into business opportunities.

Competitive gross annual compensation of €30,000 (€26,000 base salary + €4,000 performance bonus), with additional earning potential through performance accelerators.
