Formación

• 3+ years in safeguarding management in an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator.
• In-depth knowledge of Delegated Directive (EU) 2017/593 and MiFID II.
• Understanding of client asset protection and reconciliations requirements.
• Experience managing control processes in financial services, incl. front-to-back flows.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify risks.
• Experience with safeguarding gap analysis and policy implementation.
• Willing to continuously develop and improve expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement control processes for client asset protection.
• Provide technical safeguarding compliance advice to business and support functions.
• Interpret and apply safeguarding regulations to products and services.
• Support Client Assets Oversight Officer with risk management and governance.
• Review client money and custody asset reconciliations and produce reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and safeguarding reviews.
