Job summary

Crisis24 Group is seeking an Implementation & Solutions Consultant for Southern Europe to own the full implementation lifecycle for our clients in the region and serve as the technical reference for the sales team during pre-sales.

You will lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for new clients and significant upsells, and support technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations for prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success or pre-sales.
• Experience combining pre-sales activities with post-sales delivery.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for new clients from kickoff to go-live.
• Define and manage project plans with Jira, Salesforce and Certinia.
• Gather requirements, define success criteria, and tailor the implementation approach to client objectives.
• Share best practices to help clients maximise platform value.
