Enginy AI, a Barcelona-based startup, is expanding its marketing team to drive a Series A push. You will write sharp copy, design scroll-stopping content, and own a slice of our social media presence—collaborating with the Marketing Manager and team.

The role is execution-focused with ownership from day one; you’ll publish, measure, and improve while learning how B2B SaaS marketing works from the inside.

• Portfolio required: show copy you’ve written and content you’ve designed.
• Native Spanish and strong English writing.
• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content, design, or copywriting.
• Experience with LinkedIn and B2B social content performance.
• Daily use of AI tools for copy and design to move faster.

Responsabilidades

• Create copy for LinkedIn posts, social content, website copy, emails, and ads.
• Plan, publish, and manage part of the LinkedIn/social calendar and track impressions, engagement, and traffic.
• Produce visual content with AI in the workflow: graphics, carousels, and simple video pieces.
• Support campaigns: landing pages, product launches, events, and growth roadmap needs.
• Learn the funnel from MQLs to pipeline with mentorship from Marketing Manager.

About the role

We're expanding our marketing team as we grow fast towards our Series A, and content is at the center of that push. We're looking for a hands‑on creative who can write sharp copy, design scroll‑stopping content, and own a piece of our social media presence — working side by side with our Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team.

This is an execution‑focused role with lots of variety and real ownership from day one. We're not looking for a strategist who delegates; we're looking for a maker who publishes, measures, and improves — and who wants to learn how B2B SaaS marketing works from the inside.

You’ll connect your content to real business impact, not just likes:

Content → engagement → traffic → MQLs → demos → pipeline

What you'll own

• Copy that converts — LinkedIn posts, social content, website copy, email campaigns, and ad creatives, always in a clear B2B SaaS voice
• A slice of our social media — plan, publish, and manage part of our LinkedIn and social calendar, then track what lands: impressions, engagement, follower growth, and traffic to the site
• Visual content with AI in your workflow — social graphics, carousels, one‑pagers, and simple video/motion pieces using modern AI‑assisted design and copy tools (Claude, Midjourney, Figma + AI plugins, Canva, etc.)
• Campaign support — landing pages, product launches, events, and whatever the growth roadmap needs
• Your own learning curve — understand our funnel (MQLs, demos, pipeline) and level up fast with mentorship from an experienced Marketing Manager

About you

• 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content, design, or copywriting (agency or in‑house — B2B SaaS is a plus, not a must)
• A portfolio is required — show us copy you’ve written and content you’ve designed; personal projects and social accounts you’ve grown absolutely count
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and how B2B social content performs — you know what a good post looks like and why
• You use AI tools daily for both copy and design — to move faster and raise quality — and you can tell when the output isn’t good enough
• Good visual taste, native Spanish, and solid writing in English (our content language)
• Execution mindset: organised, fast, reliable, and hungry to learn how a SaaS company operates from the inside

Nice to have

• Experience with short‑form video or motion design
• Basic analytics skills (LinkedIn analytics, GA4, or similar)
• Experience posting for a brand account (not just personal)
