Accenture, a leading global professional services company, seeks a Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic projects within the CFO & Enterprise Value team in Strategy & Consulting. You will drive financial transformation initiatives with CFOs and executive teams in Spain and internationally.

You will define the vision, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver value through modernizing finance processes, ERP/EPM, Cloud, analytics, and AI solutions.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments.
• Proven experience in financial operating model transformation.
• Experience with financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).
• Strong knowledge or interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.
• Leadership skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and lead end-to-end financial operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).
• Manage teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Drive digitalization and optimization of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) through automation, advanced analytics, and generative AI-based solutions.
• Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.
• Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and financial transformation programs.
• Promote innovation and thought leadership on the future of finance and AI adoption in the financial domain.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).
• Proven experience in:
• Financial operating model transformation.
• Financial process reengineering and digitalization.
• Implementation of financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).
• Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.
• Leadership skills, team management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
