Accenture is a global leader in professional services, offering strategy and consulting in Financial Services. We are seeking a Banking Manager with deep experience in Efficiency Programs to join our Strategy & Consulting practice in FS.

The role focuses on analyzing spend, defining value initiatives, and delivering large savings programs with a hybrid work model. You will work with cross-functional teams, drive innovation for clients, and grow Accenture's business at functional and industry

Formación

• Experience in strategic consulting and banking firms.
• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in Spanish and English mandatory.
• Leadership and team-building skills.

• Analyze Spend/Budget (internal & external costs).
• Identify and quantify value initiatives.
• Design initiatives: strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring.
• Value Realization Office: manage large savings program implementation.

We are looking a Banking Manager highly experienced in Efficiency Programs to be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in Financial Services (FS).

Their responsibilities include:

• Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost)
• Identifying and quantifying value initiatives
• Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring…
• Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs

Job Qualifications

• Experienced in Strategic Consulting and Banking firms
• Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
• Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level
• People development and team building skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
