Formación

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native developers, guiding best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to define requirements and deliver on time.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance issues.
