Netenders is seeking a Ruby Developer Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in building and maintaining top-tier Rails applications. You will mentor peers, review code, and shape architecture to deliver high-quality software.

The role focuses on leading collaboration across departments, ensuring timely delivery, and driving technical excellence while supporting a dynamic e-commerce CMS initiative.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience guiding a team and delivering projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and Docker containers.
• Ability to design scalable software and participate in architecture decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Ruby on Rails/React/Native developers with technical guidance.
• Collaborate with departments to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and complex challenges.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Mentor team members in software development and programming practices.
• Architect and maintain complex Rails applications with high standards.
