Indra Group is seeking a RTOS Software Engineer to develop embedded software for space-grade, ARM-based platforms. You’ll design and optimize software under DAL and DO-178C guidance, contribute to system concepts, and document analyses of GNSS signals and RF issues.

You will work on high-impact national and international projects in a hybrid Coslada, Spain setting, embracing innovation and rigorous quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Telecommunications, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in space sector.
• Strong C programming, ARM-based embedded systems, and RTOS know-how (VxWorks, PikeOS, or similar).
• Experience with DO-178C and DAL requirements.
• Python programming, software version control, and quality validation processes.
• Familiarity with ESA ECSS standards and GNSS concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize embedded software for RTOS-based platforms.
• Contribute to system conception, specification, and design activities following systems engineering practices.
• Develop software in C and Python for ARM-based and other embedded platforms.
• Support software development in line with DAL and DO-178C requirements.
• Participate in verification, validation, QA, and configuration management processes.
• Produce technical documentation and analyze GNSS systems and RF interference topics.
