Fever is looking for recent graduates to join their 12-month Strategic Finance Graduate Program in Madrid. This rotational program will provide hands-on experience in corporate finance, M&A, and FP&A, focusing on financial analysis and strategic decision-making across various markets. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, a degree in relevant fields, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

• Recent graduate or about to graduate.
• Outstanding academic track record (top 5-25% of class).
• 0–2 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic finance initiatives for forecasting and operational efficiency.
• Build financial models and analytical frameworks.
• Participate in M&A processes including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Assist in evaluating business performance through KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
