• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine/EM systems in operation environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong communication, calm and structured under pressure, collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibility.
• Travel up to 20% when required.

• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.

• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with on-call support weekends/holidays.
