PAL Robotics in Barcelona is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve manufacturing operations for robotic systems, ensuring safe, cost-effective production aligned with business goals.

The role bridges Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to guarantee industrial excellence from product release to customer delivery, while leading Lean initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing manufacturing/production operations.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, electronics, or complex electromechanical products is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary production teams.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Valid work permit to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure manufacturing targets are achieved in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources according to priorities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and material traceability in collaboration with operations.
• Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse and production.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions with engineering collaboration.
• Provide continuous feedback to Engineering regarding manufacturability and process improvements.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the production area.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence.
