THEKER Robotics in Barcelona is seeking a Software Engineer, Robotics Deployment to take a robotic use case from bench to production plants and scale it across sites. You will inherit a Python and ROS2 system and own subsystems like vision or metrics.

Within months you lead on-site validation, partner with customers, and drive industrialisation decisions. This role is 100% on-site in Barcelona, requires strong Python and ROS2 basics, and travel to customer plants.

Formación

• Engineering degree with solid day-to-day Python experience.
• Proven ability to work with code written by others and extend it.
• Structured troubleshooting with measured verification before release.
• Clear written communication and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own a robotic use case from bench to production plants.
• Fix bugs and ship features in a large Python/ROS2 codebase.
• Diagnose issues on running systems using logs and ROS2 topics.
• Prepare plant environments and run on-site validation with metrics.
• Lead the scale-up to more robots and sites and decide what gets industrialised.
• Manage the backlog and act as the customer's software counterpart.
