THEKER Robotics is seeking a Deployment Project Engineer to take robotic cells from initial installation to rollout at multiple sites across Spain. You will plan the rollout with customers, ensure parts are in stock, lead certification, and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team.

This is a coordination role, not a design role. Daily work involves talking to customers, the commercial team, engineering, supply chain and suppliers, managing paperwork and deployment documentation to keep projects on

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience coordinating industrial projects with real customers and deadlines.
• Comfort dealing with customers and explaining capabilities and timelines.
• Strong planning and organisation, managing multiple open items.
• Calm under pressure; plans may change and delays occur.
• Fluent Spanish and technical English.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site), with travel to customer sites in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Own each project after the first cell works, transitioning to rollout at scale.
• Plan the path from one cell to many with the customer and sales team, with realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with supply chain and stock so components are available when needed.
• Lead the European certification process and manage safety documentation.
• Build deployment documentation to replicate a cell at new sites.
• Track open technical and operational items across projects to closure.
• Keep engineering informed about site activities to evolve the product and deployments.
