Intuitive, based in Madrid, is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures in General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery. The role collaborates with regional Clinical and Capital teams and the EU marketing group to implement global standards locally.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical/product marketing within medical devices, strong clinical knowledge, and fluent Portuguese and English. Travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• University degree in life science or business.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent including Clinical/Product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company.
• General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology or Thoracic experience preferred.
• Strong Clinical, Surgical and/or Operating Theatre (Room) experience desired.
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing tactics for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery.
• Collaborate with clinical and capital sales teams to support adoption and growth.
• Develop Speaker/Teacher/KOLs and lead education programs for robotic surgery.
• Align with Surgical and Executive societies on da Vinci surgery and partnerships.
• Engage with regional Clinical and Capital teams and EU Marketing on regional strategy.
