Intuitive is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures in Iberia. You will work with regional Clinical and Capital teams, EU Marketing, and local sales leadership to execute marketing programs across General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery.

You will develop speaker programs, collaborate with KOLs, and align with surgical societies, delivering strategic, evidence-based marketing initiatives for sustainable market expansion.

Formación

• Experience in medical devices or surgical marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of OR environments and surgical workflow.
• Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing tactics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand your market and identify growth opportunities in General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery.
• Develop and execute marketing tactics with defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clinical and capital sales to support market growth.
• Demonstrate strong clinical and technical knowledge of Intuitive’s product portfolio.
• Create and deliver value proposition stories, tools and events to engage customers.
• Develop Speaker/Teacher/KOL programs and proctor networks to drive adoption.
• Collect and analyze data to support evidence-based market access and positioning.
• Represent Intuitive at national conferences and professional societies.
