Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing programs for da Vinci procedures across major surgical fields. You will partner with regional and European teams to drive adoption, with a focus on clinical education, evidence development, and physician engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical/product marketing for medical devices, fluency in Portuguese and English, and 50% travel.

Formación

• University's degree in life science or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent including Clinical/Product marketing experience in a therapeutic medical device company.
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to travel 50% (Domestic, international).
• The role will be based in Madrid with office days on Tue, Wed & Thu.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing tactics for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and Thoracic Surgery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regional Clinical and Capital teams and EU Marketing to align regional strategy.
• Build and deliver clinical education programs and marketing tools to drive adoption and growth.
