Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is hiring for multiple locations in Madrid including Getafe, Mostoles, Illescas, Coslada and Vicálvaro. As an Area/Shift Manager you will lead a large, diverse team to keep pace with demand, learning the operations of a global business.

You will drive productivity while addressing daily challenges across shifts. You will promote safety, monitor quality and efficiency, and collaborate with managers to standardise processes.

Formación

• University degree completed before start date or within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language.
• Relevant experience in data analysis.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience in a logistics working environment.
• Experience using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and perform administrative tasks while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
