Job summary

TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the COO and the global Operations team in Barcelona. You will drive strategic decision-making, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and align regional needs with global priorities.

The role requires deep analysis, stakeholder management, and leadership across multiple countries. You will oversee budgeting, OKRs, and resource allocation while partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, and potentially an MBA.
• 8-10 years of experience, including strategic consulting, COS, or business management in tech.
• You are a business consultant with strong business acumen and a cross-functional mindset.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and are confident with numbers and complex information.
• You are people-oriented with strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills and exceptional communication.
• You are a highly organized project manager, deadline-driven, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, plus another European language.

Responsibilities

• Be the right hand to the COO, providing insights and preparing for ELT meetings.
• Coordinate communications and ensure strategic priorities are clear across teams.
• Lead OKRs, headcount planning, and resource allocation alignment.
• Manage senior stakeholders across markets to align local needs with global strategy.
• Drive global budget preparation, monitoring, and FP&A liaison.
• Manage cross-functional strategic projects from planning to outcomes.
