SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking a hands‑on Rigger/Technician to support ground assembly, testing and sail trials for DynaRig projects. You will install and maintain rigging, assist with electrical and hydraulic tasks, and work aloft in diverse shipyards and vessels.

The role requires practical problem solving, safety focus and flexibility to travel internationally. Strong preference for candidates with rigging, marine service or related mechanical experience.

Formación

• Hands‑on experience in yacht or industrial rigging, mechanical fitting or marine service.
• Comfortable carrying out work at height and aloft with rope‑access procedures.
• IRATA Level 1+ or equivalent preferred; training available for non‑qualified candidates.
• Read technical information and accurately record completed work and findings.
• English proficiency; driving licence; ability to travel internationally.
• Spanish or another European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support ground assembly, stepping, testing, commissioning and sail trials for new DynaRig projects.
• Install, align and maintain rigging and mechanical components per drawings, work instructions and tolerances.
• Assist with electrical, hydraulic and sensor tasks under specialist direction.
• Read drawings, manuals and checklists, raise issues early.
• Prepare tools, equipment and work areas for safe completion of tasks.
• Travel internationally and work extended periods on site or onboard when required.
