Senior Delivery Lead (CAFe Ecosystem & Operational Lead)

We are looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of multiple initiatives within a Cognitive Automation and AI ecosystem. The role involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, managing delivery roadmaps, priorities, governance, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring high-quality execution across concurrent projects. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams, you will help translate business needs into scalable AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a solid understanding of cloud technologies and Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology programs.

What will the day-to-day look like:

• Lead the delivery of multiple technology initiatives within the Cognitive Automation Ecosystem.


• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high delivery standards.


• Own delivery planning, roadmaps, priorities, governance, and reporting across concurrent workstreams.


• Partner with Technical Leads and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear delivery outcomes.


• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams to manage dependencies and risks.


• Drive a culture of ownership, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.


• Support the development of scalable, reusable AI capabilities and shared enterprise services.

Technical Background:

• 10+ years of experience leading technology delivery in complex environments.


• Proven experience delivering AI, automation, data, or API-driven initiatives and transforming business requirements into successful outcomes.


• Strong leadership managing multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.


• Solid understanding of cloud, enterprise technologies, Agile methodologies, and Jira-based delivery management.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in platform-led or enterprise capability teams.


• Exposure to AI ecosystems, agentic frameworks, orchestration platforms, or enterprise AI operating models.
