• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation for senior leadership forums and town halls.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of the RevOps and Commercial Transformation project portfolio.
• Build analyses and business cases for strategic projects.
• Support topic-specific project teams with scope, milestones and delivery.
• Provide PMO discipline, track actions and escalate issues early.
• Respond to priorities and deliver well-structured work under time pressure.
