Infront is expanding its Madrid team to strengthen Revenue Operations. You will own the reporting layer within Salesforce, build dashboards, and deliver insights across pipeline health, velocity, and forecasting metrics.
We seek a data-driven analyst with strong SQL, and experience in modern analytics tools; familiarity with AI-driven automation is a plus. Hybrid work allows two days remote, with career growth in Salesforce.
At Infront, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace, recognizing our diverse team as one of our most valuable assets.
For 25 years, Infront has been empowering financial market experts to make faster, smarter, compliant decisions. Over time, we have expanded our foundation by bringing together companies with more than 75 years of combined market experience and trust. All these years on, we're still building. Opening our new Madrid office marks an exciting next chapter, and we're growing our team in order to write it.
Our strength lies in market data, delivering reliable, accurate information through a powerful suite of tools, spanning Data Intelligence, Wealth Management solutions, and Trading & Investor solutions, that our users depend on every day. Today, we are one of Europe’s leading providers of market data and financial software, helping professionals navigate markets with confidence and speed.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and play a key role in building the reporting and analytical foundations of our Revenue Operations function.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will own how Infront measures the health and performance of its revenue engine across pipeline, conversion, velocity, seller productivity, and forecasting accuracy. You will provide the reporting, analysis, and insights that support decision‑making at every level of the organisation, including the management team and board.
This role combines deep analytical expertise with ownership of the reporting layer within Salesforce. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands data—how it should be structured, analysed, and transformed into meaningful insights. You will go beyond standard reporting to uncover trends, apply analytical techniques where appropriate, and leverage modern AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision‑making. While you will work in Salesforce on a daily basis and own the reporting and data that sit on top of it, prior Salesforce expertise is not essential. We are more interested in hiring someone with strong analytical capabilities and will support the right candidate in developing Salesforce knowledge and certifications over time.
