Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Madrid is seeking a motivated HR intern to support talent acquisition across Retail channels. You will screen candidates via phone, assist interviews, and coordinate offers and contracts, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

The role welcomes candidates with a background in HR-related fields, fluent in Spanish and English, and an openness to learn across onboarding, training and engagement projects within a multicultural luxury group.

Qualifications

• Academic background in HR, psychology, business administration or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Job Responsibilities

• Talent attraction and acquisition of Retail talent by conducting telephone screenings, in-person interview and leading group dynamics.
• Managing communications with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting the hiring process by drafting job offers and managing all the contracting documentation.
• Supporting other HR projects including Onboarding, Training, Development, and other employee engagement programs.

Profile

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university for at least 6 months. Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages (French or Portuguese) a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Previous experience on recruitment a plus.

SKILLS Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Eager learner who can take decisions while also demonstrating initiative. Team-oriented attitude with an ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when necessary. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
