Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic background in HR, psychology, business administration or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Talent attraction and acquisition of Retail talent by conducting telephone screenings, in-person interview and leading group dynamics.
• Managing communications with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Drafting job offers and managing all contracting documentation.
• Supporting onboarding, training, development and other employee engagement programs.
