The Social Hub Barcelona is seeking a Retail Intern to help bring our retail experience to life within our innovative hospitality concept. You will assist with sales, inventory, and guest interactions while exploring partnerships with local brands to add value for our guests.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university or higher education programme in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Fashion, or a related field.
• Enjoy interacting with people and creating a positive guest experience.
• Interested in retail, sales, hospitality, and the commercial side of running a business.
• Organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented with stock control significance.
• Proactive and hands‑on with a willingness to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail operations to ensure the retail area runs smoothly and remains welcoming.
• Welcome and assist guests, share information about products, and help guests discover offerings.
• Drive retail sales by engaging with guests, promoting products, and supporting promotions.
• Manage inventory with stock counts, deliveries, and updating records; flag replenishment needs.
• Keep retail space visually appealing through merchandising and brand‑aligned presentation.
• Explore local brands and partnerships to add value to the guest experience.
• Coordinate collaborations, product launches, and activations to bring the retail concept to life.
• Monitor sales and stock data, assist with reports, and share insights on performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
