Job summary

ING Spain is seeking a Retail Finance Business Partner to support the Retail business in achieving commercial and financial targets with end-to-end perspective on income, pricing, expenses, balances, and profitability.

You will prepare regular financial updates for Product Leadership and other stakeholders, translating analyses into concise strategy papers and presentations for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience in banking or consulting.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English are a must.
• Strong analytical and advanced financial modelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a linking pin between Finance and other areas, aligning strategy and financial ambition.
• Understand, monitor and forecast business performance including income, expenses and balance sheet.
• Develop and refine financial models; support pricing and strategic initiatives.
