Job summary

ING España&Portugal is seeking a Finance Budget Partner to collaborate with business, operations and IT to control expenses and align with the bank’s strategy. You will be the Finance representative in a small 6-person Management Accounting team, driving budget setting, forecasting and resource optimization across domains.

You will translate analyses into clear presentations, support process improvements, and contribute to strategic papers for leadership.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in mathematics or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a comparable role.
• Full proficiency in Excel (PowerQuery), SAS and SQL.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Expenses management and budgeting to support financial targets.
• Translate analyses and business performance into concise presentations.
• Prepare strategy papers and consolidated decks for ExCo.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams and drive cost optimization.
