Primark is seeking a Regional Retail Operations Administrator to coordinate and support the in-market retail function in Madrid. You will handle administrative tasks, calendar management, invoicing coordination and liaise with country leadership to ensure smooth operations.

You will fluently speak English and Spanish, produce translations as required, and maintain local procedures while supporting cost management, reporting and supplier queries in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support the in-market retail function with admin tasks.
• Maintain local procedures and identify variances from Group processes.
• Provide in-market translations from English to Spanish and review translations.
