American Vintage Groupe in Barcelona is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Spain & Portugal operations. You will oversee store performance, ensure brand standards, and drive customer experience across the region.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in retail management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus. The role offers career growth, training, and a uniform program.

Formación

• 3+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Catalan is a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen and passion for customer experience.

• You manage operations efficiently (stock, deliveries, scheduling, reporting) to support business performance.

• You motivate and energize your team from the start of the day.
• You recruit, train, and develop your team’s skills.
• You build a strong, engaged team culture through transparency, collaboration, and a shared ambition to succeed.

Your Profile :

• You bring at least 3 years of successful experience in retail management.
• Attentive and approachable, you stay connected to your environment and naturally inspire your team through your leadership.
• You have strong business acumen and a true passion for customer experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Catalan is a strong advantage.
