American Vintage is seeking a motivated store associate to contribute to our Barcelona flagship on Rambla de Catalunya. You will deliver a unique, personalized customer experience and build lasting relationships with shoppers in one of the city’s most iconic locations.

You will ensure visual merchandising standards, smooth stock handling, and daily store operations while using our digital tools. Join a team that values commitment, collaboration, and continuous learning in a vibrant fashion brand.

Responsabilidades

• Offer a unique and personalized customer experience
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers

• Apply visual merchandising guidelines and maintain high store standards
• Ensure smooth back-office management and compliance with processes (inventory, deliveries, replenishment, stock, etc.)
• Contribute to the day-to-day management of the store
• Master and manage our digital tools
• Support team training and skills development
