American Vintage's flagship store on Paseo de Gracia in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Assistant for a 20-hour fixed-term contract to support a dynamic, fashion-driven team. The role focuses on delivering an engaging, personalized customer experience and helping achieve store targets.

The successful candidate will speak English, Spanish and Catalan, bring a flair for style, and enjoy building lasting relationships with clients while contributing to merchandising and stock organization.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong personal styling and brand awareness.
• Multilingual fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan is required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell with emotion and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver personalized and digital customer experiences to attract and build loyalty.
• Maintain a flawless store appearance and deliver an impeccable customer experience.
• Support merchandising and stock organization using digital tools.
• Oversee stock from delivery to end-of-season returns and assist inventory.

Responsibilities

• Sell with emotion: Passionate about the product and the American Vintage style; you enjoy taking on challenges to achieve your sales targets.
• Deliver a personalized and digital customer experience to attract new clients and build loyalty.
• Be a brand ambassador: Maintain a flawless store appearance and deliver an impeccable customer experience.
• Using our digital tools, contribute to merchandising by following the guidelines provided by our dedicated team.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from delivery to end-of-season returns.
• Organize the stockroom and support inventory processes.
