Job summary

Empordà Golf Club on the Costa Brava is seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house and bar teams in a premium resort setting. This role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise service quality, coordinate inventories, train staff, and resolve guest issues during a 40-hour week with rotating days off, under a permanent contract after a 3-month trial.

Qualifications

• Previous floor manager or similar role in fine dining restaurants or resorts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Organisational skills and inventory management experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality management systems.
• Flexible schedule and rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of foreign languages will be a plus.
