Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Disaster Recovery Engineer/Resilience Engineer to join our international Madrid team. The role centers on DR testing, resilience planning, and crisis management exercises across cloud and data center environments.

English fluency is required. You will design and coordinate backup, recovery and failover plans, run crisis simulations, document results, and drive continuous improvement with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a Disaster Recovery Engineer, Resilience Engineer, or Business Continuity Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery, backup, failover, and recovery strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures, virtual machines, redundancy, and business continuity concepts.
• Familiarity with crisis management exercises, incident response processes, and resilience testing.
• Experience designing and executing Disaster Recovery tests and recovery scenarios.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DR constraints is a strong plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
