We hire a project manager in Málaga to lead residential programs, coordinate design, procurement, reporting and stakeholder communications to deliver value to clients and end users.

Ideal candidates hold a construction/project management degree, have 5+ years in residential projects in Spain, and are fluent in English and Spanish with strong Microsoft Office,

• Construction or project management degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in construction and project management.
• Experience in residential projects in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• You will ensure the project complies with brand and client requirements, coordinating with developers and design teams.
• Lead the project execution plan with success factors and KPIs to deliver value to end users.
• Implement controls for quality, health and safety, compliance, change, and risk.
• Maintain project reporting, governance, processes, and systems across the project.
• Lead the project team including stakeholders, design consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage design to align with brief and client standards.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, including RFPs, proposals, interviews and appointments.
• Monitor finances, coordinate cost reporting and report progress against budget.
• Facilitate information flow between client, stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers through meetings and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safe work and quality in line with design.
• Lead communications with client and stakeholders at all stages.
• Coordinate permitting and statutory submissions and approvals.
• Capture lessons learned and benchmark data for knowledge sharing.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the project complies with all brand requirements. Youwill serve as the key liaison between the developer and the brand, coordinating the customization of the different residences in line with client requirements and under the supervision of the design team.
• Set up and lead the establishment of the overall project execution plan including critical success factors and key performance indicators to achieve a successful outcome for the end user client.
• Identify and ensure that the appropriate controls and reporting is implemented for quality, health and safety, compliance, change, risk, and environment issues.
• Set up and maintain effective project reporting, governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• Lead the overall project team including end user stakeholders, design consultants and engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage the design team to develop a set of documentation that aligns with the initial project brief and clients requirements, in-line with corporate standards and specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including setting the RFP/tender requirements, evaluation proposals, chairing interviews, and making recommendations for appointment.
• Monitor and advise upon project finances, coordinate cost report with cost consultant, understand cost drivers, variations, and report progress against budget.
• Manage the effective flow of information between the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers through chairing regular meetings, preparing reports, actions registers, presentations, etc.
• Undertake regular site inspections, ensuring safe work practices, monitoring progress, assuring quality of works in accordance with the design
• Take the leading role in communicating with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages
• Manage and coordinate permitting and statutory matters, submissions, and approvals.
• Ensure that lessons learnt, benchmark data, and knowledge sharing is generated from each project
• Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience of construction and project management related experience
• Have worked in residential projects in Spain from feasibility to successful handover
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
• Competent using Microsoft suite of software including Project, Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc
