Job summary

Turner & Townsend Spain is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost Management division to support growth and delivery success across client projects in real estate sectors.

You will be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final accounts, and cost planning. The role requires strong English and Spanish skills and a proven consultancy background.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree Qualification.
• Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Sector experience across real estate construction projects.
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients and ability to work independently.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish with excellent report and bid writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents.
