Turner & Townsend in Madrid seeks a Project Manager to deliver retail and office projects on a permanent basis. You will coordinate design and engineering teams, manage budgets and risks, and liaise with English-speaking clients.

The role requires a building/engineering degree, 5+ years of experience in fit-out projects, and fluency in English. You will join a global firm offering training, international opportunities, and a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Formación

• Experience: at least 5 years in fit-out retail and office projects.
• Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• English will be the main working language; 90% of tasks in English.
• Strong coordination, planning and client-facing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, cost, and risk management through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design and engineering teams with client and suppliers.
• Prepare minutes, reports and documentation to inform the client of project status.
• Solicit bids from contractors and technical teams as needed.
• Apply Quality and Environmental policies and the Best Environmental Practices Manual.
