Job summary

Nômade Temple Madrid is seeking a motivated Hospitality student to join our Reservations team on a 6- to 8-month internship. You will assist with managing individual and group reservations for Madrid and Ibiza, respond to requests by email, phone and other channels, and help prepare confirmations, changes and cancellations.

You will coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, maintain PMS records, monitor arrivals and departures, and support guest

• Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Reservations and Hospitality.
• Availability: 6 to 8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Reservations team with the administrative and operational tasks related to Nômade Temple Madrid and Nômade Temple Ibiza.
• Assist with the management and follow-up of individual and group reservations for both properties.
• Support the handling and response to reservation requests received by email, phone and other channels.
• Assist with preparing and sending reservation confirmations, modifications and cancellations.
• Support the management of special guest requests, coordinating and following up with the relevant departments.
• Assist with communication with guests, travel agencies, tour operators and other partners.
• Support the updating and maintenance of reservation information in the PMS and other internal systems.
• Assist with monitoring arrivals, departures, modifications and any incidents related to reservations.
• Support the review of rates, availability, promotions and booking conditions, following the department’s guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Front Office, Sales & Marketing and other departments across Madrid and Ibiza to ensure the smooth coordination of reservations.
• Support the follow-up of reservations pending confirmation, payments, deposits or additional information.
• Maintain up-to-date department files, databases and documentation.
• Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the Reservations teams in Madrid and Ibiza, sharing relevant information and following up on the needs of each property.
• Contribute to providing a personalised, professional and guest-oriented service that reflects the essence and philosophy of Nômade Temple.
• Participate in other projects and tasks within the Reservations Department according to the operational needs of Nômade Temple Madrid and Nômade Temple Ibiza.

Profile & Skills

• Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Reservations and Hospitality.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
• Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability: 6 to 8 months.
