Sofitel Barcelona Skipper in Barcelona is offering an internship in the Reservations department. You will handle customer care by phone and email, manage individual and group reservations, and gain hands-on experience with Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.

You must be enrolled in a Hospitality or Business School and legally allowed to intern in Spain from day one. Excellent Spanish and English are required, French is a plus; internship is 6 months, 40 hours per week, with study allowance and daily meal

• Eligibility to intern in Spain from start date (visa not provided).
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona. Upscale, 5-star hotel in Barcelona, Port Olympic, being in the city centre, but only a few meters from the beach. The main responsibilities include:

• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel "spoiled".
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
