Sofitel Barcelona Skipper offers an internship in Barcelona through Hosco, focused on the Reservations department. You will handle customer care by phone and email, manage individual and group reservations, and use Opera (PMS) and Resaweb to keep bookings accurate and up to date.

We seek students currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Business School who speak Spanish and English well; French is a plus. The internship lasts at least 6 months, 5 days a week, 40 hours, with study allowances and

Sofitel Barcelona Skipper is hiring through Hosco in Barcelona.Upscale, 5-star hotel in Barcelona, Port Olympic, being in the city center, but only a few meters from the beach. Main Responsibilities

• Customer care through phone and email demands.
• Manage individual and group (accommodation) reservations.
• Use of reservation programs: Opera (PMS) and Resaweb.
• Follow up of any reservation no matter the shop channel making them all feel “spoiled”.
• Revise all the reservations on the books to check their validity and details.
• Eligibility (Spain): Candidates must have the legal right to undertake an internship in Spain from the start date. No visa/work permit sponsorship available.
• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality School or a Business School.
• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Eager to learn (no prior specialization required).
• Available for at least 6 months, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
