A leading hospitality group is seeking a Reservation Agent to join their team in Estepona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing reservations, providing guest information, and maximizing upselling opportunities. Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or German are highly valued.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio) or similar.
