Homerun Brokers | Marbella Real Estate in Marbella is seeking a Rental Broker to help clients find rental properties that meet their needs and preferences. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements and present suitable options.

You will conduct property viewings, provide detailed information, and facilitate lease negotiations between landlords and tenants while staying informed about Marbella's rental market trends.

Formación

• Experience in rental or real estate sales preferred.
• Strong English and Spanish communication.
• Good understanding of Marbella rental market.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Role Overview:

As a Rental Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding

rental properties that meet their needs. You will work closely with clients to understand

their requirements, present suitable options, and facilitate the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assistance: Assist clients in finding rental properties that match their needs and preferences.
• Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Lease Negotiations: Facilitate lease agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the rental market trends and property availability in Marbella.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates throughout the rental process.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to rental transactions, including documentation and contract management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in rental or real estate sales is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the rental market in Marbella and
• Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
