Roccabox Property Group is seeking confident salespeople to join Marbella real estate on an independent consultant model. You don’t need years of property experience, but prior sales or client-facing experience is essential.

You will manage buyers from enquiry through viewings, negotiations and completion, building trust with clients while organising your day with guidance from a strong team.

Roccabox Property Group is growing and were looking for confident, capable salespeople who are ready to make their move into Marbella real estate.

You dont need years of property experience.

You do need previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence speaking with people and the ability to build trust, stay organised and move opportunities forward.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own day, take ownership of your clients and build something successful with the backing of a strong, established team.

Youll work with property buyers from their initial enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

• Speak with and qualify new buyer enquiries
• Understand each clients property requirements
• Build strong, professional relationships
• Arrange and attend property viewings
• Manage follow-ups and active opportunities
• Work with the wider team to progress and complete deals
• Organise your own working day and manage your diary around your clients, appointments and viewings.
• Youll receive practical training, local market knowledge and ongoing guidance to help you become confident and effective in Marbella property.
• Youll have ownership of your clients, but you wont be left to figure everything out alone.

Our management and sales team are actively involved and available to help you progress opportunities and overcome challenges.

• Youll have access to a consistent flow of buyer enquiries, quality property stock, marketing support and an established Marbella brand behind you.

• Develop your property knowledge, grow your network and build a strong client base in one of Europes most exciting real estate markets.
• Previous sales or client-facing experience
• Confident, personable and comfortable on the phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and consistent with follow-up
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage your own day
• Fluent English
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
• Full driving licence Real estate experience is welcome, but it is not essential.
